Can I sell as a vendor on neoStitches.com?

Sure you can. We appreciate your interest to! You may submit an application to join our group of vendors at hello@neoStitches.com. If you meet the qualifications, someone from our team will contact you within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer custom design/order by a vendor?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom services.

Will I get exactly what I see online?

Product exactness might be overstated (because no one can guarantee a 100% fit even though accompanied by a size guide). But quite frankly, what you see is what you get. Most especially, the fabric quality and design will never be compromised.

What if I don't know my exact size?

You may have to find out and it’s pretty easy to do so. All you need to do is to get a measuring tape and check the reading in inches for your waist, hips and bust. You then compare the result with the size chart provided on the product web page and look for a match.

What if I like a cloth design and fabric but it isn't available on my size?

You would have to contact us at hello@neoStitches.com so that we could place an order for your size of the product with the vendor.

Saw a dress I liked, but noticed it was no longer on sale. Are you able to remake styles that are out of stock?

Yes we can contact the vendor to request for more products only if we get an email/message from you requesting the product.

Ok. I found the product I want and size. How do I buy it?

Once you are on the product page and have selected the size and quantity where applicable, simply click on “add to shopping cart” and you will be directed to your cart. Once there, you can continue shopping and add other items to your shopping bag. If you have finished shopping, you can proceed to “Checkout”. During checkout you will be provided with options for payment and delivery instructions.

Do you offer refunds?

Only once the item has been validated as defective and same product/size is unavailable for replacement. You must notify us within 2 working days of the receipt of the product.

How soon can I get an item accepted for a replacement?

Timing for replacements vary by location within Lagos, but averagely returns may take up to 5 business days. Other than for faulty items, customers will be charged for delivery for replaced items

I just placed an order and realized that my address is wrong, whom should I contact?

Email us at hello@neoStitches.com your name, order number and the correct address. We will update your order information. We strive to respond to emails with 24 business hours.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please Contact Us and quote your order number.

I made a payment but my card was charged twice. What should I do?

Most transactions of this nature are reversed by your bank within 24 hours. If not, kindly contact your bank.

How can I check the status of my order?

Where are your items produced?

Our vendors are located across the country, so items are manufactured in these different parts.

How is your sizing? Is it UK exact sizing?

We use standard UK sizing. Kindly look at our size chart as a guide.

I'm actually in between a UK 10 & 12 so quite unsure of what size to choose?

You could send us a mail (or contact us via Whatsapp) specifying the product of choice accompanied by your recent measurement. Then we’ll confirm if it’s a fit for you.

Where is your office located?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores and are based strictly online at this time. We do have vendors from all over Nigeria.
