Orders are processed at any day, but delivered on business days only. Weekends are subjected to extra fee, or par custom request. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Nigeria.
Once an order is placed online, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately and have your order number ready.
- Shipping costs attract a flat fee of ₦500 irrespective of location.
Please feel free to let us know if you have a preferred delivery service and we will oblige you.
Our standard delivery period is 3-5 business days. However, delivery times may differ for weekend and/or public holiday purchases. You will receive a call prior to dispatch. Please provide us with a functional phone number. In the case of absence, please endeavor to have someone receive your order.
Change of delivery address and Failed Delivery
Once an order has been placed we cannot amend a delivery address. In the case of a failed delivery, we would re-attempt delivery, after which, the purchase would be returned to us, if the second attempt is unsuccessful. Please note that the customer would bear the cost for a fresh delivery.
If you have not received your order 36 hours after the stipulated delivery time, please contact our customer services team by sending an email to email@example.com and we would attend to it immediately. Please note, any parcels not received must be reported within 5 working days of the order date. Any claims made after this point cannot be reimbursed.
